Introduction of Furnace
The bell type annealing furnace is used for annealing the steel strip, aluminum strip and copper strip. The furnace loading capacity can be reached to 60Tons(Max.). The loading diameter can be reached to 2.6 meters(Max.) and the loading height can be reached to 3.7 meters(Max.).

Structure
This bell type annealing furnace is mainly composed of 1 heating shield,2 furnace base,2 inner cover,cooling cover, valve braket and pipeline.

Description of Production Line:
(1) Heating Cover:
The heating cover is made by Q235A plate and steel profile,δ=5mm.Heating unit is Ni80Cr20 strip. The outer wall temperature in no more than 35℃.
(2) Inside Cover:
Made up by high quality SUS321(1Cr18Ni9T).cover δ=6mm
(3) Furnace Base:
The loading weight of the furnace base is 35T,loading coil weight is 24T,the guiding plate and the guiding blade is made by stainless steel 321.There is a 40mm silicon rubber between the base and the inside cover to ensure the air tightness.
